Legal Starter Pack for founders breaking social barriers
This online series is hosted by v14 in cooperation with SEND – the Social Entrepreneurship Netzwerk Deutschland. Over three interactive sessions, we’ll equip social impact founders and entrepreneurs from underrepresented backgrounds with the essential legal knowledge needed in the early stages of building a venture.
Are you starting a company and wondering:
- What to expect – and how to prepare for the notary, investors and first hires?
- Which legal setup fits your needs?
- How to navigate the process from registration to fundraising?
Our workshops provide practical, hands-on guidance on:
🌱 Key legal documents and the basics of company law
🌱 Legal best practices and current market standards
🌱 Avoiding common legal pitfalls
Vol. 1 – Laying the Foundation
- Choosing the right legal structure
- Step-by-step company incorporation
Thursday, 2 October 2025, 9-11 a.m. – Registration here.
Vol. 2 – Financing & Fundraising essentials
Thursday, 16 October 2025, 9-11 a.m. – Registration here.
Vol. 3 – Managing Contracts
Thursday, 30 October 2025, 9-11 a.m. – Registration here.
This series is designed to make legal knowledge accessible, relevant, and empowering for founders who want to create social impact – and especially for entrepreneurs from underrepresented communities, including those with a migration story, first-generation professionals, LGBTQ+, BIPoC, and people with disabilities. Attendence at the workshops is free of charge. The workshops can also be attended independently of each other.
