How do you empower your team members to work autonomously while staying aligned with the overall vision? Ideas typically start with just a few people, but as more contributors join, different strategies are needed for getting work done. This can be a great opportunity for important conversations: ensuring everyone understands their role, responsibilities, and how they contribute to the bigger picture. This becomes particularly important when teams outgrow the “everyone knows everything” stage and need more structured clarity about who does what.
