From Networking to Collective Impact: Where does your network stand?

Many networks bring good organisations together, but meeting regularly or even working side by side doesn’t automatically mean creating impact together. What turns a network into an alliance that plans, steers and learns from its shared impact? This session offers a practical lens to find out where your network stands today and which next step might make the biggest difference.
Jonas Fathy (PHINEO) will introduce the Collective Impact approach and a framework for impact-oriented networks, with practical examples from Germany. The framework covers four dimensions (strategy, impact management, governance and communication) and five development phases. Participants will then assess their own network, followed by a joint reflection. By the end, they will know where their network stands and which next step could matter most. The session is hosted by Viola Stegmann (SEND e.V.).
